What this is

An internal job tracking system used by Splendid Concreting & Constructions Pty Ltd staff. It is not a public website, it is not indexed by search engines, and it has no customer-facing pages. Access requires an account issued by us.

What it holds

• Business contact details — names, phone numbers and email addresses for clients, site contacts, subcontractors and suppliers, recorded so that jobs can be run.
• Job records — quotes, variations, subcontractor bookings, documents and handover checklists, kept against the job number.

The contact details held are the business ones people give us in the course of the work. We do not build profiles, and we collect nothing beyond what running the job requires.

Who can see it

Only Splendid staff with an account. We do not sell this information, do not share it for advertising, and do not disclose it outside the business except where the work, the law or an audit requires it.

Cookies and tracking

Strictly necessary cookies only, to keep you signed in. There is no analytics, no advertising and no third-party tracking in this system. We honour the Global Privacy Control signal.

Access, correction and complaints

Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can ask what personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Contact admin@splendidconstructions.com.au. If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
